to our over 1,000 Facebook Fans for your support!  It’s great to know that you’ve tasted (and 'liked') our products as much as we do.   To keep the celebration going here’s our newest recipe, the Riberry Bramble !  This beautiful new cocktail was created by Dave Brown of The Cotton Thief  in Cremorne, NSW, one of our favourite new small bars.   We love this combo of mixed berries, our Riberry Shrub and a fabulous new artisan gin, Botanic Australis Gin . (Keep an eye out for this new gin at your local bottle shop, it’s delicious.)  


Riberry Bramble

  20ml Currong Comestibles Riberry Shrub 4-5 frozen mixed berries 45ml Botanic Australis Gin Dash of sugar syrup* (optional)  
  1. Muddle berries and Riberry Shrub in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the Gin and sugar syrup.
  3. Shake over ice and strain into a ‘rocks’ glass.
  4. Fill with crushed ice.
(*to make sugar syrup dissolve 1 part white sugar with 1 part boiling water)   We think it’s a fantastic way to celebrate great taste and a great milestone!
