It's almost Summertime and time to stay cool. Turn your favourite cocktail (or mocktail) into an easy Slushie!
We turned our Oz Tropical Storm into a Slushie just by freezing it.
We used:
4 parts Ginger Beer
2 parts Rum (optional)
1 part Rainforest Lime Shrub
Mix, Chill, Freeze, Serve
With the texture of a granita it's a beautiful way to cool off. It's the perfect 'prepare ahead' dessert or go super fancy and serve it as a mid-meal palate cleanser. With or without alcohol its d'Lish!
We easily froze the mixture with our new Zoku Slush And Shake Maker.
