Holiday Helper Alert!

Don’t forget the cocktails.  Thanks to Steve the Bartender, we now know the differences between the 'Collins’ (Tom, Dick and Harry)

In honor of the holiday season and our location it’s only right to use our local spirits and ‘fixings’ and invent a:

Bazza Collins 

We start off with one of our favourite gins, Botanic Australis Gin from Mt. Uncle Distillery.

Add to that our very own Rainforest Lime Shrub (instead of the traditional Lemon Juice and Sugar Syrup) for flavour WOW and a time saver.

Finish off the recipe with Soda.


Bazza Collins

45mL  Botanic Australis Gin

45mL  Currong Comestibles Rainforest Lime Shrub

60mL   Soda

  • Pour all ingredients into a hi-ball glass filled with ice.
  • Stir gently.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime. (Optional - maraschino cherry)
