Sydney Sunset Punch

March 23, 2015 | 0 Comments

In honour of our in-store ‘tasting demo’ at Williams-Sonoma, Bondi Junction, we’ve created a new punch! It’s full of full of flavour and sure to be a winner with the whole family.

Super easy to make and inexpensive, you’ll find all of the ingredients (except for the Riberry Shrub) at your local supermarket. It has a refreshing taste without being too sweet and is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face!

Have a taste and let us know. Here’s the recipe:

Sydney Sunset Punch

 2 Cups       Mint Tea (unsweetened)

 2 Cups       Apple Juice

 1 Cup         Ginger Ale

 1/2 Cup      Riberry Shrub

Mix all of the ingredients and Enjoy!

Like it? We love it.  We’re just not sure what to call it.  Does it's golden colour reminded you of Sunrise, that first hint of sunlight over Bondi beach on a perfect autumn morning?   Or does it's amber shade seem more of a perfect Sunset?

Which would you call it ?

Sydney Sunrise    or    Sydney Sunset
