Oz Red Snapper
Ingredients:
60 ml          Gin (our favourite - Botanic Australis)
15 ml          Spicy Riberry Chutney
150 ml        Tomato Juice
5 ml            Lemon Juice
1 dash        Worcestershire Sauce
3-5 ml         Green Habanero Hot Sauce (to taste)
                   Salt & Pepper
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and toss gently.
- Strain into an ice filled tall "Collins" type glass.
Optional > Garnish with a celery stick, cocktail onions or prawn.
