Pink Lemonade
INGREDIENTS
* 1 lemon, cut up
* small handful raspberries
* 4 tsp Riberry Shrub
* Lemonade, to taste
* Raspberries, lemon slices and ice to serve
METHOD
- In a cocktail shaker, add the raspberries, lemon slices, two ice cubes, Riberry Shrub and 1/4 cup of water. Shake well.
- Fill your glasses 3/4 of the way with lemonade and ice, top with the shrub for the shaker.
- Serve with extra raspberries and lemon slices.
