INGREDIENTS

* 1 shot Riberry Shrub
* 200ml Prosecco
* 1 shot Aperol
* Lots of ice

METHOD

  1. In a large glass, place the Riberry Shrub, and top with lots of ice.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco and slowly pour in the Aperol to create a beautiful gradient.
  3. Stir after serving.
