Our favourite quickie: Baked Cheese.

We bought our Le Rustique, camembert from The Blackwattle Deli at the Sydney Fish Market.  You’re sure to find similar bries and camemberts at your local shop.

Our cheese was ripe, ready to be enjoyed and the perfect size for our Cheeky Cow Cheese Baker.   We ‘upped’ the flavour of the dish with our Spicy Riberry Chutney.

Preparation takes less than a minute.   Just add 2 – 3 teaspoons of Spicy Riberry Chutney to the top of the cheese before popping it into the oven for less than 10 minutes.

The Chutney adds an unexpected taste to the cheese depending on how you scoop it onto your bread or cracker.  

Think of it as a quick and flavourful mini fondue.  Don’t expect leftovers. Do expect smiles and ‘Yums’!
